Play regularly at jett buzz and move up through three VIP tiers to enjoy weekly cashback. From Bronze to Gold — each tier comes with more benefits.
Three Tiers, Three Levels of Benefits
The jett buzz VIP program is divided into three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier has a different weekly cashback rate. The more active you are, the more opportunity you have to move up.

- 0.3% cashback on weekly net loss
- 24/7 live chat and email support
- Access to all games and sports
- Ability to claim regular promotions
Silver
- 0.5% cashback on weekly net loss
- Priority support
- All Bronze benefits
- Early notice of special VIP offers
Gold
- 0.8% cashback on weekly net loss
- Highest priority support
- All Silver and Bronze benefits
- Exclusive VIP events and offers
How Weekly Cashback Works
Each week, jett buzz subtracts your total winnings from your total losses. This difference is called your weekly net loss. A set percentage of that net loss, based on your VIP tier, is returned directly to your account.
For example, if in a given week your total losses are ৳30,000 and your winnings are ৳10,000, your net loss comes to ৳20,000. See the example box below, which shows the calculation for the Silver tier.
Cashback is generally added to your account at the end of each week. It can be used in your next game or withdrawn after meeting the applicable conditions. Read jett buzz's terms and conditions for full details.
Example Calculation — Silver Tier
This is a sample calculation of the maximum weekly cashback at the Silver tier. The actual amount depends on the net loss.
How to Move Up to a Higher Tier
Tier placement in the jett buzz VIP program is based on your overall activity — how regularly and actively you play on the site. There are no specific deposit amounts or turnover requirements — your normal playing habits are what move you forward.
Bronze — Starting Tier
New members typically begin their journey at the Bronze tier. Regular visits to the site and playing games is all it takes to start earning cashback at this level. Whether you play slot games or sports betting, staying active in any section counts toward progress.
Silver — Mid Tier
After consistent activity at Bronze, jett buzz upgrades you to the Silver tier. The cashback rate increases here and you get priority access to support. Playing regularly week after week is the way to reach Silver.
Gold — Top Tier
Those who remain active at the Silver tier over a long period are invited to the Gold tier. This is the highest level of the jett buzz VIP program — the maximum 0.8% weekly cashback and exclusive benefits are available here.
Special Benefits of VIP Membership

The cashback benefit in the jett buzz VIP program is a reward — it should never be a reason to play more. Chasing cashback by going beyond your budget or taking on more risk than you can afford is not a wise approach.
It is a good idea to set a firm limit before joining any game. Keeping control of both your time and money is important for maintaining a healthy relationship with wins and losses. Reading the responsible gaming guidelines will give you some straightforward steps that help keep your gaming experience positive.
If you feel your playing habits are getting out of control, contact the jett buzz support team without delay. You can speak in Bengali via 24/7 live chat or email.
Remember: Cashback is a reward — it is not a strategy to recover losses. Always play within your means.
