1.1 Age Requirement

All jett buzz services — casino games, sports betting and other entertainment products — are available only to individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) or above. Registration by anyone under this age is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be in breach of this rule will be closed immediately.

1.2 Registration Requirements

• Each person may open only one account. If more than one account is found to belong to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

• The name, mobile number and payment method linked to the account must belong to the same person — details of any third party may not be used.

1.3 Account Verification

2.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on jett buzz can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit for each method is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, although larger transactions may require additional verification.

2.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit and must be in the name under which the account is registered.

• If account verification has not been completed, withdrawals may be delayed.

2.3 Source of Funds

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200; to withdraw this bonus, a wager of ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be completed. A bonus is never direct cash — it is a conditional reward.

3.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirement, validity period and eligibility criteria.
• Withdrawals from bonus funds alone are not permitted before the wagering requirement is met.
• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts or from more than one member of the same household is not allowed.
• If any manipulation or attempt to circumvent bonus terms is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be closed.
• jett buzz reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

3.3 VIP Cashback

The jett buzz VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze — maximum weekly cashback of 0.3%; Silver — maximum 0.5%; Gold — maximum 0.8%. Cashback is calculated on the week's net losses. Example: a Silver member with net losses of ৳20,000 in a given week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. VIP tier assignment and changes are governed by jett buzz's policy.

4.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on jett buzz are operated using technology from licensed software providers. There is no human intervention in determining outcomes. Game results are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) and are verified through independent testing.

4.2 Prohibited Behaviour

• Exploiting software or system bugs, or using automated bots or software.
• Accessing another member's account or playing under a false identity.
• Attempting unauthorised access to a game provider's servers or network.
• Gaining an unusual advantage from a technical error and failing to report it.
• Any attempt to manipulate the gaming system.

4.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server error, lost connection or any other technical reason, jett buzz will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. jett buzz is not obliged to pay out a jackpot or reward that was displayed incorrectly due to a technical fault.

• Proven operation of multiple accounts or misuse of bonuses.
• Receipt of an instruction from a legal authority.

7.2 Member's Rights

8.1 Limitation of Liability

9.2 Security Measures

11.2 Acceptance and Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. The unenforceable provision will be replaced with the closest valid alternative.

11.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the individual terms of each promotional offer together form the entire agreement between jett buzz and the member.
